Planning Your Debut

In planning, you must consider the following:

1.) How much is your budget?

It is important that you should know how much is your overall budget so that you can estimate how many people to invite, place where you will celebrate, and other debut packages you can avail.

2.) How many people are invited?

Most of the hotels with packages only offer 100pax in their debut packages. If you can afford to pay for the excess people then it will be fine. But what if you can only afford 100pax; nothing more nothing less?

Then here are some following tips to choose your guests in order according to the level of importance:
a. Family members and relatives close to you (first cousins. Your titas and titos might understand that you're on a tight budget so they might choose your cousins as their representatives during your debut)

b. High school Classmates/ Barkadas

c. College Friends

d. Other people who love and accept you despite your imperfections. Inviting them to your party is a sort of gratitude.. :)

3.) Where to celebrate?

Just check out my other post for the places, packages and their prices :)

4.) Date?

It's important that you must reserve the place you have chosen as early as possible ( one or two months before the event) because remember that you're not the only one who will be having a special event during your birth date. There are also other people planning up ahead. Paunahan lang, kumbaga.

5.) Invitation Letters

If you still have the budget then you can visit the stores near University of Midanao where you can have made-to-order invitations card ranging from Php35.00 to Php150.00 pero invitation letter, depending on your theme or motiff. You can also order invitations card from me with free delivery around downtown areas with minimum of 50pcs. :) PM me for details!

6.) Documentation

There's nothing more important than documenting your most special day. You can either have a friend to be your official photographer or you can pay around Php10,000.00 for hiring a professional photographer or videographer for your debut.
